About the Archive
Mission of the Archive

Video abstracts are an increasingly important tool for communicating research, but they are scattered across journal websites, publisher platforms, YouTube channels, and other online sources, making them difficult to find and use. The Video Abstract Archive was created to make these resources easier to discover and preserve.

The Video Abstract Archive was created to provide a central, searchable directory of scholarly video abstracts across all academic disciplines. The archive collects metadata and links to existing video abstracts, allowing users to search by article, author, journal, discipline, publisher, year, or keyword.

Researchers are invited to submit their own video abstracts to increase the visibility and reach of their work. By bringing these resources together in one place, the archive aims to improve the discoverability, accessibility, and impact of research.
